This quest has been changed to only require the killing of Lady Vashj ans Kael'thas Sunstrider as the group loot is currently not working properly. You may need to drop the old quest and re-accept the new quest, I would suggest doing so just to be safe. Im sorry for the trouble this may cause but this seems to be the best course of action at this time.
