It appears this item was bugged and thus fixed. This item is supposed to be "Unique" meaning you can have only 1 of these per character. It appears a few people had multiples of these that were full of items. What I am going to do is change this back to not "Unique" for 1 week so that anyone with more than 1 of these bags can replace them and not lose the items inside them. At the end of 1 week I will fix this item again and it will be "Unique" as it should be.
