Looking for "Leaders"
We are looking for 2 to 4 people who have patients, good leadership and communication abilities that would be willing to spend 1 or 2 days or nights per week "leading" a raid. We are hoping to get 2 for US time and 2 for EU time. If you believe you can handle something like this please send me a PM letting me know which time zone you would like to be considered for, US or EU.

i can do it but only on the sunday i dont think ill be able to do 2 raids a week im in work all week. i dont stress i work with the people im raiding with and make sure they understand what there doing. a vote for weiss is a vote for a better tomorrow/raid :D
